Technical Information

Seating

There are 751 seats on the main floor and an additional 355 seats in the balcony, for a total seating capacity of 1106.  To view the seating chart, please click here.

 

Stage Dimensions

Proscenium opening:  Height 17′, Width 45′

Distance from front curtain to back wall:  17′

Depth of apron:  10′

Wing Space (right and left):  10′

Edge of apron to back wall:  27′

Cross-over:  None; need to exit stage and utilize hall immediately behind stage.

Stage Rigging

Everything is “dead hung.”  There are no additional pipes.

Stage Floor

Level, hardwood with air space below wood surface.  It has an oil stain finish.

Lighting and Electronics

One line of single phase 120/240V which also feeds lighting panel and control unit.  Dimmer board is a ETC SmartFade 24/96, this control console uses DMX protocol.  The normal mode allows users to have 96 channels with 576 memories (ques) and 48 sequences.  Control board is located in former projection booth at the rear of the balcony.

 

Sound Equipment

Carvin FX 44 series consisting of 1000W amplifier with two (2) speakers (movable) on stage.  FX 401 Carvin amplifier with (2) monitors.  Sound board is located at rear center of main floor, has 12 panels and there is a tape deck/cd player.

 

Projection Screen

16′(W) x 12′(H) motorized screen is suspended above the stage approximately 15′ from the front center of the stage.

Dressing Rooms

The auditorium is part of the High/Elementary school complex.  Classrooms are utilized as dressing rooms.  Rooms 100 and 105 are immediately behind the stage and are the most commonly utilized rooms.  Restrooms are located immediately across the hall from Rooms 100 (men) and 105 (women).  We can provide chairs, mirrors, clothes racks, etc.  The home economics room is a short distance down the hall and often serves as the wardrobe room.  It has refrigerators, electric ranges, microwaves, a washer and drier, etc.

 

Loading Facilities

It is possible to load in from several doors.  Load-ins are generally from stage left.  Door width is 4′ x 7′.

Other

There is an 18′ step ladder for work on lights/rigging.  There is a 7′ Steinway piano that is in excellent condition.  A band/chorus room is located nearby and available for warming up.
