Michelle Heslip

Michelle Heslip is a family nurse practitioner who earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science Degrees in Nursing  from Northern Michigan University.  She also holds a Post Masters Certificate in Nursing Education having taught a Bay College and Northern Michigan University as an adjunct clinical instructor in the undergraduate nursing programs.  Michelle has been in nursing for 20 years and has been practicing as an NP for the last 12 years.  Her experience includes hospital medicine, occupational medicine, neurosurgery and urgent care.  She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Society of Hospital Medicine and Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society. 

Vicki Jordens, Clinic Secretary

Vicki is the Hematite Health Clinic Secretary.  Prior to coming to HHC, she worked for 10 years as Office Coordinator in an outpatient surgery center in Wisconsin. She also worked for 15 years at Blue Cross Blue Shield of MI. Originally from Marquette, she moved back in 2018 from Northern Wisconsin to be near family. She enjoys cooking, baking, cake decorating and writing children’s books.

Hailey Koski, LMSW

Hailey Koski is a mental health counselor. She received both her Bachelors and Masters of Social Work from Northern Michigan University. Previously, Hailey worked through community mental health to provide emergency services and crisis intervention. Hailey enjoys working with adolescents from a safe, understanding, and compassionate stance to work towards personal goals.

Eric Turner, LMSW, CAADC

Eric is a mental health counselor. He received his undergraduate degree at Northern Michigan University and his Masters of Social Work at Michigan State University. Eric provided counseling services for Great Lakes Recovery for four years. He also currently works as a private practice therapist in both Ishpeming and Marquette and is a School Social Worker for MARESA. Eric has enjoyed supporting Ishpeming student athletes as both a coach and as a fan in the past and is excited to provide mental health services for the school. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He also plays softball, works out at the gym, loves to travel, and heads to the beach whenever he can.
